Our application process
Our application process is clearly structured and typically divided into five phases. In a first step, you send us your online application. Based on this, we will review your application and decide whether to invite you to an initial interview. This can be done either by telephone, Zoom or in person. The aim of this first meeting is to find out together whether we are a good match. Tell us something about yourself and what makes you special. Of course, we also introduce ourselves and Noble BC.
Here you have the opportunity to ask all your questions.
In a third step, we will discuss your professional competencies with you. Here, you can ideally convince us why we need you on our team. If this hurdle is also cleared, we would like to introduce you to the entire team in the final step. Should we decide after this last meeting that we would like to work together, our legal counsel will send you your personal employment contract. It is important to us that you always know where you stand and what the next step is during the application process. You will always receive honest feedback from us.
