Sales Assistant (m/f/x)

Who are we?

The Noble Group is a young, innovative group of companies in the field of trading technology metals and rare earths. Noble BC is the first company in Europe to map all trading activities with production-critical commodities on the blockchain.

What do we do?

With this technology, we create a new security standard for all international and national raw material purchases. Only here do customers have the opportunity to track their raw material purchases themselves through all phases via a wallet (a type of virtual wallet). The entire process, from storage to the sale of metals, is transparently displayed. This prevents manipulation and fraudulent short selling.

And why do we do it?

Through the trade of production-critical resources, not only our private customers but also European industry benefit. These metals and rare earths are needed, among other things, for wind turbines and electric cars. Our goal is nothing less than to ensure the supply security of these raw materials in Europe.

Who are we looking for?

Are you curious and want to actively contribute to making the special market of technology metals and rare earths more widely known? Then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) to support our Head of Sales, independently take on sales activities, and actively contribute to the further development of our sales department. Based on your previous professional experience, you will drive the structural development of the sales department and play a key role in its further expansion. What are the tasks?

  • Active participation in shaping and developing the sales structure and processes in close collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Identification and implementation of optimization potential within the sales department
  • Support in the strategic expansion of the sales department, including the development of new approaches and methods for customer acquisition and retention
  • Participation in the planning and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives
  • Preparation and follow-up of customer inquiries and offers
  • Independent management of smaller customer projects
  • Support for the Head of Sales in administrative and operational activities
  • Maintenance and management of the customer database (CRM)
  • Coordination of appointments and travel for the sales team
  • Participation in the preparation of sales presentations and reports
  • Regular reporting to the Head of Sales

What do we want from you?

  • Experience: several years of professional experience in a sales environment, ideally as a sales assistant or in a similar position
  • Knowledge: proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Skills: organizational talent, strong communication skills, team capability, and a structured, independent working style
  • Language: excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Education: commercial training or a comparable qualification
