Together against “paper gold” and raw-material shortages: the “Noble problem-solvers” in the media spotlight

While alarming reports from the automotive industry are currently mounting, we at the Noble Group are ensuring there is also good news: An article in Capital magazine showed how our mining project could help supply German carmakers with valuable magnet metals via the commodities fund. We have also gained media traction in the gold trading sector. Because the rally is in full swing!

Magnet metals for the automotive industry

Our mining project in South Africa is gaining increasing traction: we were already able to present it during our most recent visit to the Federal Chancellery (as we reported), and there was also a report on it in the business magazine Capital, in which commodities analyst Andreas Kroll was quoted several times. This is because “our” mine could supply enough rare earths for the most important magnet metals within 3 or 4 years—enough for a decade—to meet the needs of the German and European automotive and supplier industries. Andreas Kroll explains the deal: Europe would receive supply commitments; in return, there would be off-take agreements and financing support from the automotive industry.

Gold trend still intact

We are also on everyone’s lips when it comes to gold. At the round table hosted by the renowned finance magazine Cash., we were able to present the advantages of our secure product. Because even at its current peak, gold is by no means “out”. Interest rates are falling again and one crisis follows the next; in addition, momentous elections are coming up in the USA. The BRICS countries are moving away from the dollar, and there is simply no alternative to the No. 1 precious metal. In other words: the trend is intact. HOWEVER, it is also becoming essential for consumers and intermediaries to ask about the origin of the gold. Noble Gold answers this as follows: 100% conflict-free gold, 100% recycled gold!

Gold price could start with a three

The round-table participants largely agreed that the gold price in 2025 could easily start with a “three”. Andreas Kroll also expects interesting times for the precious metal.

The future of gold trading is transparency

All the more important, then, is buying gold correctly. People transfer money in good faith to a GmbH, and that GmbH should not remain unchecked. Finomet’s digital control of the use of funds prevents customers from buying “paper gold”—i.e., gold that does not actually exist. In addition, terms and conditions, buy and sell prices, and the cost structure should be transparent with a reputable gold dealer. Andreas Kroll explains why in this interview.

Quality and origin are becoming increasingly important

As described in the interview, the quality of the gold is also important. While we work with a renowned refinery, we are simultaneously expanding our supply-chain transparency. Once Finomet’s platform is able to trace every gold bar back to its origin, there will certainly be headlines and interviews about it again.
