The first Noble Night inspired over 100 guests with a vision for the future
“Driven by a passion for the future” – under this motto, over 100 guests from business, industry, press, logistics, and politics celebrated the 10th anniversary of Noble Elements on Friday on the banks of the RIVO Spree Terraces. The increasingly well-known raw materials company had gained significant momentum, especially since its collaboration with Finomet in recent years.
The spark of inspiration for Finomet
In an entertaining and witty speech, the two founders of the Noble Group, Andreas Kroll and Andreas Pietsch, described to their guests how it all began. Andreas Kroll had the brilliant idea for Finomet: simply mapping all trading transactions on a public blockchain to bring more trust to the commodities trade. Since then, the Noble Group has grown steadily and there are new plans: a Seltene Erden AG, a company that will open up this interesting asset class to institutional investors. A sponsorship for a rare earth mining project in South Africa and even a book that will be published in March at the Leipzig Book Fair. The two summarized all these activities in their speech with one sentence: “We are a sexy company.”
After the Noble Night is before the Noble Night
All guests enjoyed the mild weather, the excellent food, the sunset over the Spree, and the wonderful conversations so much that everyone went home with smiling faces, and there will definitely be another Noble Night next summer. It will surely evolve into a regular event that many will be happy to attend again.
