1. PARTICIPATION
1.1 By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these conditions of participation. Participation is carried out by Noble BC GmbH, Gneisenaustr. 83, 10961 Berlin (organizer). Participation is voluntary.
1.2 The promotion will run from 09.06.2026, 00:00 CEST until the special offer ends. The special offer is only valid while stocks last.
1.3 Participants can only be trading brokers who have an effective trading broker relationship with Noble BC GmbH. Trading brokers who have an effective employment relationship with the organizer are excluded from participation. Commercial brokers who are directly involved in the implementation.
1.4 Participation takes place through the successful brokerage of a purchase of the temporary special offer “Space Package”.
2. PRIZE
2.1 Three copies of the LEGO set “LEGO Ideas Tintin’s Moon Rocket (21367)” will be raffled off. Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize to another person is excluded.
2.2 Three different winners will be determined. The winners will be determined at random after the promotion period. The organizer’s decision on the winner is final. The prize will be sent by post.
2.3 The winners will be contacted by the organizer. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner may be determined.
3. LIABILITY
3.1 The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, insofar as a limitation of liability is permitted by law.
3.2 The organizer and other third parties cannot be held responsible if participants do not provide correct information and this has an effect on the execution of the shares.
3.3 The organizer is not liable for problems that occur due to technical faults or other reasons, insofar as he is not responsible for them. The same applies to damages due to fraud by third parties and to events beyond the Organizer’s control, including, but not limited to, damages caused by user errors and network, computer, hardware or software errors of any kind that may restrict, delay or prevent the participation of participants.
4PRIVACY POLICY
4.1 Personal data will be processed by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and will be deleted no later than 6 weeks after the promotion period, provided that there are no statutory storage obligations.
4.2 In addition, reference is made to the privacy policy of Noble BC GmbH (https://noble-bc.de/datenschutz/).
4.3 As soon as a commercial broker has brokered a purchase in accordance with these conditions of participation, the organizer collects personal data that is necessary to carry out the raffle.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 Each participant can withdraw their participation in the raffle at any time at sales@noble-bc.de. The text form applies. The text form shall apply.
5.2 If a purchase brokered in accordance with these terms and conditions subsequently becomes invalid, this shall also apply to participation in the prize draw.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
6.1 The organizer reserves the right to adjust, suspend or prematurely terminate the prize draw at any time for good cause if this is necessary.
6.2 With regard to the determination of the winners, legal recourse is excluded insofar as this is legally permissible. In the event that legal recourse is not excluded, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, insofar as this is compatible.
6.3 The prize draw shall take place in the Federal Republic of Germany. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
6.4 In the event that individual provisions of these conditions of participation are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
