Our application process is well-structured and typically consists of five phases. In the first step, you submit your online application to us. Based on that, we review your application and decide whether to invite you for an initial interview. This can be done via phone, Zoom, or in person. The goal of this first interview is to determine whether we are a good fit for each other. Tell us about yourself and what makes you unique. Of course, we will also introduce ourselves and Noble BC. You’ll have the opportunity to ask all your questions.
In the third step, we’ll discuss your professional skills and competencies. Here, you can ideally convince us why we need you on our team. If you successfully pass this hurdle as well, we would like to introduce you to the entire team in the final step. If, after this last conversation, we decide that we want to work together, our legal counsel will send you your personal employment contract.
